About Dr. Grajdek
Dr. Martha Grajdek is an Industrial/Organizational psychologist, researcher, speaker, author, executive coach, philanthropist, and abolitionist. Her experience in coaching, advising, stress management, and leadership spans over two decades. In addition to a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Dr. Grajdek has earned a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Dr. Grajdek’s expertise focuses on work-related stress, and her efforts aim to help others who experience work-related stress issues. Combining science with a holistic approach that examines the whole rather than an isolated system, allows Dr. Grajdek to not only help others, but also teach how individuals can help themselves.
In addition to focusing on helping others, Dr. Grajdek enjoys learning, reading, art, and music. As a patron of the arts, she supports various arts organizations. While staying active is an important part of her life, Dr. Grajdek makes time to quiet the mind and bring the focus inward. As such, yoga, qigong, and meditation are an integral part of her routine.
